If you're looking for dependable service that you can depend on, Wayne's Auto Center is where you should take your vehicle when you need work done. My steering wheel locked up on my Explorer. We had it towed to another local garage near our home and paid almost $400 for what we thought was a new steering column. The same day we picked it up, it was grabbing and not working properly (the air bag light was on, the steering wheel wasn't responding when you tried to make a turn and the steering wheel felt loose). We called the garage back and the owner said he was too busy to look at it for a few days. Well when we took it back to him, he named a few other things we needed that all involved the steering. How can this be if you replace the steering column. Needless to say the owner of that garage is a crook and my husband went to him face to face and told him so. We asked for some of our money back to help pay for additional repairs. Of course the answer was no....I went to Wayne's Auto Center to see if Shawn could fix the problem. He told me to bring it the next morning. My husband dropped it off and Wayne's Auto Center replaced the steering column and my truck was ready that afternoon. I asked my husband how it was doing. He said "Everything works great." If the great service wasn't enough, Shawn called us few days later to check on the work and to make sure everything was working properly. We were so impressed. Needless to say, we are customers for life. I would suggest you pay Wayne's Auto Center a visit when you're looking for repairs. Honesty, trustworthiness, dependability and fairness is what you will receive. Great job Shawn and staff!!!!
